Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse requires all new employees to provide a valid form of government identification as proof of work eligibility. Acceptable legitimate ID’s include:
- US Passport or Passport Card
- Premanent Resident Card
- Employment Authorization Card
Other methods of identity verification must include a combination of “Identity Only” documents AND “Employment Authorization Only” documents including but not limited to:
- Diver’s License with picture AND Social Security Card without employment restrictions
- School ID with picture AND or Original Birth Certificate.
